Orders over £85 qualify for FREE postage (in UK Only).
All orders are either sent by Royal Mail or UPS Courier services, we now also post worldwide via Royal Mail Tracked,
for Order above 2Kg in weight please contact us before going through the Check Out.
We always process orders as quickly as possible. If you haven’t received you order within 3 working days (mon/fri) of receiving confirmation of dispatch please contact us by telephone or email. We will trace your order and try and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible.
We endeavour to achieve our delivery targets but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Parcel up to 1kg : £4.00
1 to 2kg : £4.50
2 to 5kg : £7.50
5 to 10kg : £9.50
Over 10kg : £12.50
These prices include £25 compensation in case of loss or damage in transit and usually require to be Signed for.
Customers from outside UK please contact us to get postage price to your country.
Big and Bulky Items (ie: Scalextric, Dolls House, etc) and destination as The Highlands and non mainland UK may also incur a surcharge please enquire with us beforehand about it.
Upon receipt of your order please check the contents carefully as shortages/discrepancies/damages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
We do our best to describe each item the best we can, we will only accept return where the item was not as described and if we have been contacted about it within 48h of delivery/receipt. Also, the return postage is to be paid by the customer.
